Thanks for posting this; I’ve paraphrased a lot of it at Wookieepedia to give a bit of insight into your intentions for this species. I hope you approve! I was also curious if you were the person who posted this on Wookieepedia: http://starwars.wikia.com/index.php?title=Amaran&diff=prev&oldid=569586 I’m always eager to know the backstory behind various Star Wars aliens, and this is some interesting background if it’s you. Was your conversation about the dearth of vulpine aliens in Star Wars one you had with Dan Wallace? And is the name “Amaran” a nod to Amara Fox, even if the species wasn’t inspired by that character? Sorry for rambling!
