Today I was planting strawberries and on my trowel was this bird nest. Awesome! I moved the gardening stuff (Except for the things the nest is built on) so momma bird doesn’t freak out too much

I have some new art, but it’s a lot so I’m breaking it up over a few posts. All of my art is in the galleries (hint: Teeny commissions, Clone wars widescreen cards and Custom Sketch cards) but here are a few select cards I really really liked

Moe art soon, I promise! But first, I’m going to be a guest at Fan Expo in Toronto in August. I’ll have a few things like prints and bookmarks and stickers (People love stickers and magnets) so come along and say hello. Hoping to have more Harold stuff done by the time August rolls around. I can do eet!

I am finished with my semester and I have more time and energy to draw!

Here are a couple of fun pieces. One is a commission of Yoda, and the other is a bookmark I’ll be selling once I get my hands on a laminator.

In between my studying (I’m in school to be a Med Lab Technologist), work and a few commissions, I managed to squeak in a ‘How to Draw’ tutorial Bonnie’s been trying to get me to do for a while. Well! It’s Easter weekend, so what better time than to have a rockin’ rocket rabbit drawing session?

My helmet is complete and I am able to post it. I’m sending the process to the 501st Project website so they can spill all those details, but here are the pics and some info:

Materials used:

• Ceramcoat paint (lots and lots)
• Pigeon feathers (picked up off the ground)
• leather cord
• dollar store faux tribal necklace for the beads
• Air dry clay
• faux suede (I wanted another colour, but it was on for next to nothing a yard, and this was all they had left)

I was hoping to have had these drawn last weekend, but school and work came first. After a minor, yet, major mistake (Wrong stuffed animals with the cats!.. oops, yes, that certainly warrants a free redraw) here they are.

This is a commission that I just finished an, other than the 501st helmet and a couple of Chicagoland cards, I am complete;y caught up. This means I’ll be taking some commissions during March Break. Also, now and again I may do special, inexpensive cutie commissions, so watch this space!
